It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or allow to be driven on the streets, alleys, or public thoroughfares of the City any snowmobile or other self-propelled recreational vehicle under one thousand (1,000) pounds' unladen gross weight, designed primarily for travel on snow or ice, which may be steered by tracks, skis, or runners, except as in this chapter provided.
