6-1-1: STATE REGULATIONS ADOPTED:
The provisions of Idaho Code title 49, chapters 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 are hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference. The City Clerk shall make copies of said provisions, as required by law, and make the same available for public use and examination in the Office of said City Clerk. (Ord. 2008-08, 12-13-2007)
