377.05 PARKING; STREET REGULATIONS.
   (a)   No person shall park or otherwise leave a skateboard upon a sidewalk in such a manner so as to unduly interfere with pedestrian traffic.
 
   (b)   No person shall operate a skateboard within the Downtown Business District, as indicated by Exhibit "A" attached to original Ordinance 24-90, or upon a sidewalk where signs are directed prohibiting such operation or upon any state or U.S. route within the City, or W. Gardner Road, Flat Rock Road, Northwest Street, Monroe Street or Sandusky County Road 177.

   (c)   Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to one predicate motor vehicle or traffic offense, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of two or more predicate motor vehicle or traffic offenses, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
