377.02 PROHIBITIONS.
   (a)   No person riding upon any skateboard shall attach the same or himself to any moving vehicle or bicycle upon a roadway; no operator shall knowingly permit any person riding upon any skateboard to attach the same or himself to any moving vehicle or bicycle.
 
   (b)   No person riding a skateboard upon a roadway shall ride abreast, except on paths or parts of roadways set aside for the exclusive use of skateboards.
 
   (c)   No person shall operate a skateboard upon any street, sidewalk or park in the City between one-half hour after sunset (dusk) and one-half hour before sunrise (dawn).
 
   (d)   No person shall knowingly enter or remain on the land or premises of another without the other's consent for the purpose of using such land or premises for the operation or the use of a skateboard.

   (e)   Except as otherwise provided in this subsection, whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of or pleaded guilty to one predicate motor vehicle or traffic offense, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. If, within one year of the offense, the offender previously has been convicted of two or more predicate motor vehicle or traffic offenses, whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
