373.18 DUPLICATE TAGS.

In case of loss or destruction of a bicycle license tag or registration card, a duplicate tag or registration card shall be issued for a fee as set forth in Section 373.19, to the registered owner provided such owner gives satisfactory proof of same either by affidavit or otherwise to the Chief of Police.
