(a) No person shall park a motor vehicle in a fire lane marked as such by the Fire Chief, whether on public or private property.
(b) Any motor vehicle found in violation of this section shall subject the owner or operator thereof to the penalty for a minor misdemeanor and/or the removal of the motor vehicle at the owner’s or operator’s expense.
