351.15 TEMPORARY PARKING RESTRICTIONS; STREET REPAIR, MAINTENANCE AND SNOW REMOVAL.
   (a)   The Service Director is hereby authorized to temporarily restrict or prohibit parking and/or restrict or prohibit vehicle traffic on, across or through any designated City street or streets for the purposes of repair and/or maintenance.
   As used in this section, "repair and/or maintenance" means, but is not confined to, snow removal, street cleaning, leaf removal, street paving or resurfacing, street repairs, drainage repairs, utility repairs, and/or for special events and parades.
   (b)   The Service Director shall designate the street or streets to be restricted by reasonable public announcement, and/or properly mark such designated street or streets except for the purposes of snow removal.
   (c)   For the purposes of snow removal, parking shall be restricted as follows: Parking prohibited on all curbed streets, except Main Street when snow becomes two-inches deep on the street and until snow is plowed; parking prohibited on Main Street when snow becomes two-inches deep on the street from midnight until 6:00 a.m.; parking prohibited on paved areas of streets on all non-curbed streets when snow becomes two-inches deep on streets and until the street is plowed.
   (d)   Any motor vehicle found in violation of this section shall subject the owner or operator thereof to the penalty for a minor misdemeanor and/or the removal of the motor vehicle at the owner's or operator's expense.
PENALTY/FINE: The penalty/fine for each violation of this section shall be twenty dollars ($20.00).
