197.02 USE OF FUNDS.

One hundred percent (100%) of the revenue derived from this levy shall be deposited into a separate fund and shall be spent solely to make contributions to convention and visitors' bureaus operating in whole or in part in Huron or Sandusky County and approved by Council.
