195.04 MONEYS TO BE USED FOR STREET MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS, CONSTRUCTION.
   (a)   All moneys derived from the tax hereinbefore levied shall be used by the City of Bellevue for the purposes specified in this chapter.

   (b)   All moneys received by the City arising from the enactment of this chapter shall be placed in a special fund to be titled by the City, and such fund shall be used exclusively for maintenance, repairs and construction of streets in the City of Bellevue.
