191.02 CLERK, ASSISTANT CLERKS AND CONSULTANTS.
   The Tax Commissioner/Administrator is hereby authorized to hire a full-time clerk for the Department of Taxation and such part-time assistant clerks and part-time consultants as are needed from time to time. (Ord. 66-95. Passed 12-11-95.)
