151.01 ESTABLISHMENT OF BOARD.

There is hereby created and established a Recreation Board for the City of Bellevue in accordance with Ohio R.C. 755.14. Such Board shall consist of five persons, two of whom shall be members of the Board of Education of the City School District or members appointed by such Board. The other members of the Board shall be appointed by the Mayor as executive of such municipal corporation with the consent of Council.
