There is hereby created a Health District Licensing Council, to be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by City Council under Ohio R.C. 3709.41, as set forth herein. The members of the Health District Licensing Council shall consist of one representative of each business activity for which the Board of Health operates a licensing program. To be appointed and remain a member, an individual must be a resident of the Bellevue City Health District.
