A Board of Health consisting of five members is hereby created and established, of which Board the Mayor shall be ex-officio president. Four members of the Board shall be appointed by the Mayor and confirmed by City Council and one member shall be appointed by the Health District Licensing Council established under Ohio R.C. 3709.41, as set forth herein. One appointment shall be made annually. The Board of Health may appoint Public Health Nurses.
