1229.06 TIME LIMITS.

Variances, Conditional Use Permits and Home Occupation Permits which are not exercised within one (1) year of date of issuance, or which have discontinued for a period of one (1) year, are hereby declared to be revoked without further hearing of the Board of Zoning Appeals.
