1523.04 INVESTIGATION OF COMPLAINTS.

The Safety-Service Director, the Code Enforcement Officer, and/or Fire Chief and related City employees and officers, are hereby authorized to investigate any such complaints and file any necessary charges, and shall be held harmless in so doing.
