In numbering buildings fronting toward any street of the City, even numbers shall be placed upon the right hand and odd numbers upon the left hand side of the street.
The starting points upon all streets having east or west prefixed to their names or running east and west shall be either Northwest Street or Southwest Street or the terminus of the east and west streets nearest toward either of such streets and for the streets running north and south either Main Street or the terminus of the streets nearest Main Street shall be the starting point.
