1319.03 OBSTRUCTING THE STREET; LANTERNS.
   No person to whom a license to move any building or structure is granted, shall permit any such building or structure to remain for a longer period than twenty-four hours, except on a Sunday, at the same place along the route of the moving, or permit the same to obstruct or remain at any street or alley intersection within the City during the night season; or during the night season to permit the same in any way to interfere with or obstruct any public street or crossing or any public sidewalk, or permit the same during the night season to remain at any point along its route, without hanging lanterns onto the building or structure or causing such work to be done.
