All of the area within the City in Huron County lying south of a line described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center lines of E. Main Street and Northwest Street; thence north along the center line of North West Street to its intersection with the center line of William Avenue; thence easterly along the center line of William Avenue to its intersection with the center line of Castalia Street; thence southwesterly along the center line of Castalia Street to its intersection with the center line of Sherman Street; thence easterly along the center line of Sherman Street to the center line of N. Buckeye Street; thence east along the easterly prolongation of the center line of Sherman Street to its intersection with the most southeasterly right-of-way line of railway property; thence northeasterly along such railway right-of-way line to its intersection with the center line of Wood Street; thence southerly along the center line of Wood Street to the center line of E. Main Street; thence easterly along the center line of E. Main Street to its intersection with the centerline of State Route 113; thence northeasterly along the center line of State Route 113 to its point of intersection with the City’s Corporate Boundary.
