All of the corporation territory of the City in Sandusky County which lies south of the railway right of way extending from the west corporation line of the City to the centerline of Southwest Street, but excluding the area lying south of the railroad right of way and more particularly described as follows: and being bounded on the north by the railway right of way, bounded on the west by the centerline of Lawrence Street, bounded on the south by the centerline of Gardner Street and bounded on the east by the centerline of Woodward Street.
