(a) Storm sewers shall discharge in ditches where feasible; otherwise, they shall discharge into sink holes having a capacity and location acceptable to the City Engineer.
(b) Storm sewers shall conform to the same specifications as sanitary sewers except:
(1) Storm sewers may be constructed of concrete or vitrified clay pipe.
(2) Minimum size shall be twelve inches (12").
(3) Maximum distance between catch basins shall be 250 feet unless waived by the City Engineer.
(4) Any other requirements set by the City Engineer.
