1127.04 INTERSECTIONS.
   (a)    Right of Way. Streets and alleys at their intersections shall be provided with at least twenty-foot (20') radius turns at property lines in all subdivisions. Industrial subdivisions shall be provided with forty-foot (40') radius at the curb line. These minimum radii shall be increased when the angle of intersection is less than seventy-five degrees (75°). In business districts, a cutoff may be substituted for the circular arc. Where two (2) alleys intersect, a ten-foot (10') cutoff shall be provided.
   (b)    Intersection Angle. The center lines of streets shall intersect as nearly at right angles as possible, but in no case shall they intersect at less than seventy-five degrees (75°) or more than 105 degrees (105°).
   (c)    Off-set Intersections. No street or streets shall have a center line off-set of less than 125 feet, when intersecting the same street.
