(a) Main thoroughfares and primary thoroughfares shall not be less than eighty feet (80') wide in any case.
(b) Secondary thoroughfares or collector streets shall not be less than sixty feet (60') wide in any case.
(c) Local streets and dead-end streets shall be fifty feet (50') wide. All dead-end streets shall terminate in a circular turn around having a minimum right-of-way diameter of at least one hundred feet (100').
(d) Alleys shall be a minimum of twenty feet (20') wide.
(e) Subdivisions proposed along existing streets shall allow for any additional right of way necessary to meet the minimum requirements as set forth in subsections (a), (b) and (c) hereof. The dedication shall be in accordance with the following:
(1) At least the minimum width shall be dedicated where the subdivision is on both sides of an existing street.
(2) Not more than one-half of the required street right-of-way width shall be required when the subdivision is located on one side of the existing road. Dedication of width sufficient to meet right-of-way requirements shall otherwise pertain.
(3) Creation or dedication of less than the full required width of street right of way along the boundary of a subdivision is prohibited.
