Having received the approval of the preliminary plan, if applicable, the subdivider shall submit a final plat application containing all changes required by the Planning Commission in the preliminary plan. The final plat shall be prepared by a professional surveyor, and the design for construction of improvements prepared by a professional engineer licensed to practice in the State of Ohio. Within five (5) calendar days of submission, staff shall accept and schedule the plat for the next appropriate meeting of the Planning Commission. Notification shall also be given to other appropriate agencies and officials.
