1125.10 REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLANS.
   Copies of the preliminary plan shall be distributed to such officials and agencies as may be necessary for the purpose of study and recommendation. After receipt of reports from such officials and agencies, the Planning Commission shall review the proposed development and act to approve, approve with modifications, or disapprove. The reasons for disapproval shall be stated in writing. The Planning Commission shall act on the preliminary plan within thirty (30) working days after filing unless such time is extended by agreement with the subdivider. Approval of the preliminary plan may also be conditioned on compliance with all other applicable resolutions and regulations. The approval of the preliminary plan by the Planning Commission shall be effective for a maximum period of one (1) year from the date of its approval unless an extension of the approval has been granted in writing by the Planning Commission. If the final plat application is not accepted within one (1) year, the preliminary plan approval shall expire and become void.
