1125.02 GENERAL PROCEDURE AND SUBDIVISION TYPES.
   Before any land is subdivided the owner of the property, or his authorized agent, shall apply for and secure approval of the proposed subdivision. Subdivisions are either "lot splits/minor subdivisions" or platted subdivisions.
(a)    Lot Split or Minor Subdivision. These shall be processed by an individual designated by the City of Bellevue and require a survey drawing, a deed with a legal description, fees, and evidence of compliance with other applicable regulations.
(b)    Platted Subdivision or Major Subdivision. These involve approval actions by the Planning Commission.
