1123.02 PROCESSING PROCEDURE.
   (a)    The developer shall apply to the Planning Commission and supply them with the following data:
(1)    Preliminary map and vicinity map (three (3) copies).
(2)    Topographic map (three (3) copies).
(3)    The plat (original and five (5) copies).
(4)    Improvement plans (three (3) copies).
(5)    Necessary documents such as easements, title insurance, etc. (three (3) copies).
   (b)    The Planning Commission shall refer each of the above datum to the proper City or County officials: the City Engineer, Director of Law, County Engineer, etc.
   (c)    These officials shall review the matters referred to them and report to the Planning Commission their findings.
   (d)    The Planning Commission acts on each datum in its turn and refers the same to Council for action.
   (e)    Council acts on the data referred to them.
