(a) Acceptable materials for deposit shall be yard wastes; leaves (unbagged), brush (unbagged and without root balls attached), grass clippings (unbagged), garden wastes (unbagged), tree trimmings and limbs six (6) inches or less in diameter, no tree stumps, no lumber, stones or rocks and no soil contaminated with hazardous materials.
(b) No person shall deposit any material on the compost site that is not a yard waste, to include but not limited to plastics, synthetic fibers, lumber, pesticides, hazardous materials or other non biodegradable materials.
