(a) Except as set forth below, fishing at the Mill Pond shall be restricted to those persons age sixteen and younger and during hours set and posted by or at the direction of the Recreation Board.
(b) Persons of age seventeen and older shall be permitted to supervise and assist those persons of age sixteen and younger.
(c) Persons of age seventeen and older shall be permitted to catch and release using only non-barbed hooks.
(d) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
