925.46 INDUSTRIAL PRETREATMENT BOARD OF APPEALS ESTABLISHED.

There is hereby established a Board of Appeals consisting of the Public Utilities Committee of Council and the City Engineer. The Mayor shall also sit on this committee but shall only cast a tie-breaking vote.
