All measurements, tests and analyses of the characteristics of water and wastes to which reference is made herein shall be determined in accordance with the most recent revision of 40 CFR 136, entitled “Guidelines Establishing Test Procedures for Analysis of Pollutants”. Sampling methods, locations, times, durations and frequencies are to be determined on an individual basis subject to approval by the Safety-Service Director and other regulatory agencies.
