If a property owner wishes to connect to the main sewer at a location different from the location of the connection provided for him, the property owner must deposit five hundred dollars ($500.00) with the City to insure that the owner shall construct the connection in accordance with the City’s requirements. The owner shall also agree to pay the building and the cost of pavement replacement, compacted fill and any other costs which are appurtenant to the construction of the connection. Upon later completion of the connection, the deposited money shall be refunded. The fitting shall be installed in accordance with Section 925.19.
