925.11 PERMIT REQUIRED TO DISCONNECT CITY UTILITIES; FEE.
   Prior to a building being demolished or removed which is connected to the City sanitary sewer system, a permit to do so shall be obtained from the Safety-Service Director. The permit fee shall be fifty dollars ($50.00). The Safety-Service Director shall cause an inspection to be made of the building and issue instructions in the manner that sanitary sewer laterals shall be disconnected from the sanitary sewer system. All cost for such work shall be borne by the property owner.
