The water service and meter are also used to control sewer service and therefore, if personnel of the City Waterworks Department reinstate any water service, there will be a charge of fifty dollars ($50.00) payable prior to-reinstatement. If personnel of the City Waterworks Department test a water meter at the request of the consumer which is found to be accurate, there may be a charge of fifty dollars ($50.00).
