(a) Whoever uses water for any purpose banned pursuant to the declaration of a Stage 1 or a Stage 2 Water Emergency shall be fined not more than five hundred dollars ($500.00) per occurrence.
(b) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be made liable for any damages to the City water and/or sanitary sewer system due to their actions.
