921.12 PERMIT REQUIRED TO DISCONNECT CITY UTILITIES; FEE.
   Prior to a building being demolished or removed which is connected to the City water system, a permit to do so shall be obtained from the Director of Public Service. The permit fee shall be fifty dollars ($50.00). Water service shall be abandoned at the water main by City employees and all cost of such work billed to the property owner. Upon application from a property owner, water service may be discontinued at the curb box if such service is to be reinstated within a reasonable period of time.
