921.10 MINIMUM NOTICE TO BE GIVEN.

The Water Department shall have a minimum of twenty-four hours notice prior to re- establishing water service to any water consumer whose water service has been terminated and/or turned off at the request of the consumer. The Water Department shall have a minimum of five working days' notice prior to the installation of a new water service.
