If personnel of the City Waterworks Department reinstate any water service, there will be a charge of fifty dollars ($50.00) payable prior to reinstatement. If personnel of the City Waterworks Department test a water meter at the request of the consumer which is found to be accurate within EPA guidelines, there will be a charge of fifty dollars ($50.00).
