Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) for each offense. In addition, the person shall replace the tree with a size and species recommended by the Shade Tree Commission. Each tree affected by non-compliance with this chapter shall constitute a separate violation. (Ord. 3-95. Passed 2-13-95.)
