905.15 STUMP REMOVAL.

All stumps of street and park trees shall be removed six inches (6") below the surface of the ground to facilitate landscaping. Removal shall be done by said owners, at their own expense, within six (6) months. Stump chips will be removed and replaced with top soil, to the level of the grade. (Ord. 3-95. Passed 2-13-95.)
