903.03 DEFECTIVE SIDEWALK.

A sidewalk shall be considered defective if one or more of the following conditions exist:

(a) One or more missing sidewalk sections. (Ord. 6-76. Passed 2-23-76.)

(b) Elevated or depressed sidewalk section or sections which exceed one-half inch of grade.
(Ord. 25-03. Passed 4-28-03.)

(c) Cracked sidewalk section with one crack three-fourths inch or wider.

(d) Sidewalk section with three or more cracks transversing the width or length of section.

(e) Scaling or crumbling surface, surface overgrown with vegetation.
