Any person, firm, partnership or corporation operating a premises in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense. For a second or subsequent offense, such person, firm, partnership or corporation shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. In addition thereto, two or more violations within a calendar one year period shall constitute valid ground for revocation of the license.
