Should the arcade/amusement center during a calendar year in which they have purchased licenses for each machine being operated on their premises at the beginning of that calendar year replace any of those machines, they shall not be subject to a new licensing fee during the calendar year in which the replacement machine is obtained. In the event of such a replacement, the arcade/amusement center owner shall notify the inspector of the replacement, to wit: the Chief of the Bellevue Police Department.
