Certain terms as used in this chapter are defined as follows:
(a) "Arcade/amusement center" means any place of business in which a person, firm, partnership or corporation operates five or more coin-operated amusement devices for public use upon premises solely within one enclosure, and in which coin-operated amusement devices are the main source of profit.

(b) "Coin-operated amusement device" means any amusement machine which is operated or put into operation, or intended to be coin-operated, including coin-operated music machines, but excluding the following: vending machines in which gaming or amusement features are not incorporated, gaming devices or slot machines. Nothing herein shall be construed to permit the use of any device prohibited by law or the use of any device in any manner prohibited by law.

(c) "Exhibitor" means any person owning or contracting for any coin operated amusement device which permits its exhibition or use in his own place of business irrespective of the ownership of such device.
(d) "Owner" means any person having title to any mechanical amusement device, or arcade/amusement center as herein defined.
