741.11 NUMBER OF PASSENGERS LIMITED.
   No owner or driver of a taxicab or public conveyance vehicle for hire shall permit such vehicle to be occupied by more passengers than the number of the actual seating capacity of such vehicle. (Ord. 1-24. Passed 2-12-24.)
