Every person owning or operating taxicabs or public conveyance vehicles for hire under license from the City shall have painted on each side and rear of the taxicab or public conveyance vehicle for hire, the name of the owner or trade name under which he or it does business and the words "taxicab", "taxi" or "cab" immediately beneath such name or trade name. Such lettering shall be in letters at least two inches in height.
