No canvasser, solicitor or peddler as defined in Section 731.01 shall cry his wares in a loud voice, the audibility of which is more than 100 feet from such canvasser, solicitor or peddler, and no such person shall use or employ any noise producing device, the audibility of which is beyond 100 feet from such device.
