549.10 KEEPING FIREWORKS AND EXPLOSIVES; BLASTING PERMIT.
   (a)   No person shall keep or cause to be kept within the Municipality, except as provided in Chapter 1519, any fireworks or explosives.
   (b)   No person shall blast with dynamite, gunpowder or any other explosive compound, within the limits of the Municipality unless first obtaining a written permit from the Director of Public Service.

   (c)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
