541.10 FIRE HYDRANTS.

(a) No person, without privilege to do so, shall turn on or cause water to flow from any hydrant, valve, plug or other fixture of the Municipal water supply.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
