The Safety Service Director shall keep a complete record of all documents and proceedings under these regulations, including, without limitation, applications, reports, copies of permits issued, notices, correspondence, board proceedings, resolutions and orders, and petitions. All documents shall be endorsed by the Safety Service Director with the date of filing.
