(a) Dogs are hereby prohibited from entering the funway area of the Bellevue Cherry Festival from the time parking on the City Parking Lot is prohibited by order of the Service Director for the purpose of affixing tents and booths on the City Parking Lot for the purpose of creating the funway for the Cherry Festival until parking of motor vehicles is once again allowed in such area after the Cherry Festival is completed as per order of the Service Director.
(b) The following are exceptions to subsection (a) hereof:
(1) Seeing eye dogs actively engaged in leading their masters about the funway area.
(2) Only such other dogs as are specifically designated by the Chief of Police permitting them to be on the funway area during the Bellevue Cherry Festival.
(c) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
